I preserve the history of my materials by using secondhand chair parts without painting them, allowing their original textures and colors to shine. Each sculpture features parts from only one chair, highlighting themes of abandonment and renewal. In my found wood sculptures, I use a unifying color to symbolize connection and unity in faith. Through my work, I hope to inspire others to see the beauty and value in imperfections.
